Habit TrackingMany goals are not achieved by ticking things off a to-do list, but rather by daily consistent behaviour (like going to the gym). The first step of behaviour modification is to determine which habits you need to track on a regular basis.
It is a well established fact that where focus goes, energy flows, and results follow. By keeping a daily log of your habits, you can easily see if you are on track, or where you need to add more effort.
